Reconnect therapy strives to uphold values that strengthen a sense of community, fairness of consideration, mutual respect, and societal wellbeing. Education is a tool to enhance awareness and encourage healthy and productive integration into the wider community. Psycho-educational talks and workshops are available upon request and may be free of charge to communities in need.

Access to therapy should not be limited by finances, but the reality is that, for many of us, our insurance benefits do not support regular therapy sessions, and not all of us have access to such benefits. This is why sliding scale (pay what you can) therapy spots are available at Reconnect Therapy.
